Chadwick Homes is owned and operated by Chad Stultz, a veteran of the home building industry, with over 15 years of experience in custom home building.

Chad was raised in the real estate industry and earned a degree from Baylor University in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. After working 5 years in real estate he struck out on his own to start his company Chadwick Custom Homes.
